Questions owners ask

What should I delegate first?

Anything that doesn’t need you. Keep the work only you can do and hand the rest to a person or to AI. Handing work off builds capacity, it doesn’t cost you income. Read: What do I do each day, and what do I hand off?

Someone just quit. How do I avoid hiring the wrong replacement?

A panic hire is hiring the first person who’s available just to make the pain stop. Cross-train, keep a list of subcontractors before you need them, and know each role well enough to cover it for a few weeks while you hire well. Read: How to avoid a panic hire when someone quits

Should I hire or stay solo?

Not always hire. Contractors, written processes and automation can take you a long way before you add payroll. Read: Why Staying Solo Might Be Your Best Growth Strategy in 2026
