Achieving a Vision is not for the faint of heart. Many of us struggle to achieve our Vision, and this is even more difficult if we try to go it alone.

As Mark Twain said,

“When I was a boy of 14, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around. But when I got to be 21, I was astonished at how much the old man had learned in seven years.”

Hey, we’re American! We can go it alone in business, right? The truth is, without trusted support around us, we risk overwhelm and burnout, small thinking and self-doubt, costly mistakes, and complacency and procrastination. No thanks.

It’s a great idea to have at least two or three others that we can confide in as we work toward moving our business forward. These folks become our Trusted Advisors.
