Originally aired Monday, April 6, 2026. Businessing is now a weekly show with a new episode every Monday.
Short answer: Finding your people takes deliberate effort now, because social media mostly shows you creators instead of friends. Get out of the office and around other owners, customers and your network in real life. Then look for ways your business can bring people together. You may not sell them anything, but becoming the hub for their connection makes you more than an email address.
Today I talked about something that hit me over the weekend. Mark Zuckerberg said that at least half of what people see on social media now comes from creators, not friends. We went from a feed of family and friends to cable TV in our pocket, and I think that's a big reason so many of us feel isolated. Restaurants are noticing too, and many are remodeling to feel warm and communal again. So my advice is to find your people, and to put in the work to get around them. I also shared a story about office workers in China fighting back against AI replacing them, plus the Artemis II flight around the moon and a new sticker club launch.
Businessing is the weekly show where small business owners figure out what to do next, with a new episode every Monday. Hosted by Pat Miller, founder of the Small Business Owners Community: owners only, nobody pitching, $19 a month.
Key takeaways
- Put real time on your calendar to leave the office and be around other owners, customers or your network in person.
- Look for ways your business can introduce people to each other, even when you aren't selling them anything.
- Show customers there's a real person behind your business, especially as more of your contact gets automated.
- Don't count on social media to keep you connected with friends and customers, because your feed now mostly shows creators.
- Find a group of other business owners you can talk with regularly, so you aren't running the business alone.
Questions this episode answers
Why do I feel so isolated running my small business?
Part of it is that social media changed. It used to show you friends and family, and now much of the feed is creators. Many owners also work alone and rarely leave the office. Finding your people now takes deliberate effort.
How can my business stand out as AI and automation take over?
Be more human, not less. Bring people together, introduce customers to each other, and show them there's a real person behind the business. People can tell when they're being managed by a machine.
How can a small business build community with its customers?
Become the hub that connects your customers and network. Host or join in-person events, make introductions, and create places where people can gather. Restaurants are doing this now by remodeling to invite people to stay.

Maybe you're not selling them anything, but you are the central hub for their connection. You are the person that's introducing one with the other.

And good morning. We are Businessing. It is Monday, April 6th. I'm Pat Miller, the Friday's off guy founder of the small business owners community. We are back from a great weekend. Did you have a great weekend? Happy Easter to those of you that celebrated Passover too. And we are now back. Doing our business. If you're along with us this morning, you need to check in on the map because we've made some big changes to the map. You see, if you go to live dot small business community.com, tell us where you're listening. You'll get to see where everybody else is listening as well. Plus you get to share. Well, what should we be talking about this morning?
Like what's on your mind? Is there something that you are thinking about that you wanna throw around? Or maybe that's where we will do our idea slam. Or maybe there's a problem that you have in your business or something you just wanna share and look, it didn't take long. And look who's already here. Stephanie Kern has checked in. Good morning. Stephanie Kern sticker of the month Club signup is
live. Okay, we gotta get to that, Stephanie. We're gonna come back to that here in just a moment. But it's great to see you this morning, and we will share that link here on the air in a second. So live dot small business community.com. Check in with us this morning so we can see what's going on with you and your business. Let's start with the news and boy is it exciting. We're going live right now. There they are, Artemis two, they're headed to the moon. If you look carefully right now, looks a lot like the Death Star. I was getting ready for the show and I saw that.
I thought they're going to The Death Star. No, they're not going to The Death Star. That is the moon. And this is the live feed that's on YouTube right now. And it was so funny because I had this on and they didn't say anything. They didn't say that, nothing. And then all of a sudden they start talking Orion to Houston, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Like out of nowhere. Very creepy. Later on today, they're gonna go back around the moon and then slingshot back to earth, and it's gonna be really, really exciting. And if you wanna see it, it's gonna be on YouTube and you can track it there as they fly by the moon. I, I, I'm just obsessed with this. I can't even, like, I, I'm just, I'm so excited. They're going where literally no human has gone before. And they'll go further from Earth than anyone has ever gone before. So we will keep eyes on that as we get into the news today. Let's talk about the news, shall we? Do you have any idea what's going on in Iran right now? Like, do you know, do you think, you know, do you think right now?
Yeah, I'm, I'm pretty up to speed. I'm, I, I know what's going on with Iran. No, you don't. No, you don't do I know. No, I don't either, and that's what I'm annoyed by. I'm consuming as much as I can and I still can't get what I think is the accurate news about what's going on in Iran. When you hear the president speak, there's a deadline coming tomorrow where if Iran doesn't make a deal, we're gonna bomb their power plants and their bridges.
And then over the weekend, literally a Hollywood movie broke out because an F 15 got downed, got downed. There's my language. Today was downed over Iran and two pilots were just. They were alive and we had to go in and rescue them, and they did. And the details, or again, the supposed details are starting to come out, but I can't tell what's real and what's not.
All I know is that the two pilots that were downed, they're gonna be okay. And we have them. And the stories that are coming out are. Unbelievable. They had reaper drones up there and C one 30 gunships and blowing up anything that was getting close to the guy, and he hid inside some rocks at 7,000 feet waiting for the US military to come save him. It was Delta force. It was like all of our baddest asses were sent to go get this guy, and they did, which is amazing. So that's fantastic news. But overall. I don't think I can tell you if we're closer to peace in Iran or, or toppling the government or, um, opening a Culver's in Tehran. I have no idea what's gonna happen and neither do you.
We're just kind of waiting for this all to be over. But as you know, on this show, we've been tracking the price of oil 'cause I figure that is the best piece of information we can get our hands on right now. How are people tracking the price of oil at last check this morning? For a barrel of oil, which is up significantly from when the. Conflict started. So we'll do our best to keep our eyes on that. Got some lovely people that have checked in this morning. Good morning,
Theresa. It is awesome to see you. Doris is in the house. Good morning. Doris Michael's here as well. Michael, good to see you friend. Uh, and Abby Miller's here. Hello, Abby. So make sure you check in on our map, which is at. Live dot small business community.com. Oh, and Rebecca Bryan's here too. Good morning, Rebecca. See, this is why the map rules because on the map now I can see that Rebecca checked in and I didn't see her in the chat. So good morning Rebecca. Now over here on the right, see my over here.
This is where you need to share. What should we be talking about? What's on your mind? What are you seeing? What are you thinking? What do you get? Something we wanna like chew on. Do you get a challenge or an opportunity? This is an interactive show and our lead story today is gonna get after how important this map and this show is because there's something happening that my awareness, uh, was drawn to over the weekend and it made me go, that's it.
I can't believe that's it. We're gonna tie it all together and talk about how important the show is. But Rebecca, good morning. Great to see you. Paula is here as well. Good morning, Paula. Awesome to see you as well. Okay, let's finish up the news, then we can get into this lead story, shall we? The economy is still okay-ish. That's a word. We're gonna call it a word, okay-ish, because the narrative is, ah, now the economy's falling apart and no one uh, knows what's going on and it's going straight down the crapper. But that's not what's going on because the economy added 178,000 jobs in March, and the economists were saying, no, it's probably gonna be 59,000.
It was triple what they predicted. So again, what is going on? Employment is down to 4.3%. Is the economy what we perceive or is the economy, what the numbers are showing? And back to the story on Iran, are the numbers accurate? We, we don't, we don't know. We, the numbers are accurate. But the last report is, yep, 178,000 jobs in March and manufacturing is starting to grow.
Manufacturing added 15,000 jobs and the economists had in their forecast they were gonna lose 5,000 jobs. So it looks as if the economy's doing fine. Wages are up year over year, so the economy is apparently moving. That's great news. Where's the information we can trust? I don't trust any of it, any of it. Left, right, center, don't, I don't know what to believe. I'm almost ready to declare information, bankruptcy, because I, I'm trying real hard to bring you what I believe to be true, and the best I can do right now is to try and present all the different sources and hopefully we can kind of like average the truth.
Well, it's not this bad. Well, it's not this good. It's probably right here. He, that's about the only thing I can do. Should we talk about her sticker club? I think we should. So if you are Lisa Raebel, good morning. If you're newer to the show, or maybe you haven't seen Stephanie Kern graphic designer watches the show and I have been bullying her for at least a year because I wanted a sticker club.
I wanted a sticker club to make stickers that would go in our water bottles. And I wanted the stickers to be graphics and sayings that we say in the small business owners community that small business owners throw around, uh, and things that come outta the show now that the show is going on. This was one that she made because we played the video of WTF Claude.
It was really, really funny. So she made the WTF Claude sticker. Well, she came on the air last week and she shared that. Okay, fine. I'm going to make the sticker club. So we're dropping into the link here now in the chat. The sticker club is now live and I don't know if I can pull it up here. So we're gonna try and pull it up here. It certainly is. Alright, cool. Lemme see if I can do this. I'm really excited for you, Stephanie. Let's see what the sticker club is all about. All right, so we put in our email, first name, last name, mailing address. Awesome. How do you hear about us? Well, of course Businessing with Pat Miller. That's how we heard about it.
And then hit submit. Stephanie, we need to know how much this is. Yes, I want the Sticker Club. Yes, Abby. Sign me up. So we need to know how much this is so we can sign up. But there it is. Sticker of the Month Club is live. Four to six unique stickers each month. Showcasing fresh designs and fun business related phrases like our friend, WTF Claude.
I'm excited. Congratulations. Stephanie Links in the chat. Yes. Get that. Be one of the founding members of the new Sticker Club. Awesome. Congratulations. One more piece of news that we're gonna do and then we're gonna get into what I consider the lead story because, um, something was revealed to me over the weekend and it was as if I saw color for the first time, something so obvious.
Yet it took someone pointing it out to me to make me go, oh, that's what's going on. Uh, two things in the news. And then we'll do that. Sports, uh, national championship games tonight, Michigan and Yukon are gonna play, and I don't really care about either team, but it's gonna be fun to watch the last college basketball game of the year, UCLA won the women's title yesterday.
The big sports story of the week, and those of you that agree with me will understand it's Masters' Week if you're a golfer. It's a special time. It's Masters' week, so Rory McElroy won it last year. We'll see who wins it this year, and I am somewhat embarrassed to admit that I altered my plans for the weekend just so I could be home. To watch the Sunday afternoon Masters broadcast because it's just, it's one of the best afternoons of the years.
Watching Masters Sunday, you can't miss it. So we were gonna be outta town and we were gonna spend all day on Sunday. I'm like, Abby, I love you, but I gotta get home. I, it's Masters Sunday and because she loves me, she understood High five abs. Appreciate you. Alright. Story of the day is so obvious in retrospect. But it is, I think, a collective delusion that we have all just not really realized how bad it's gotten. The most important thing you can do for your business and your life right now. The
fastest way to affect your quality of life is to find your people. We are walking around right now in a vacuum. Isolation. We never really spend time with other people outside of our spouse or kids. We don't go out and do anything, and we are starved, even for interactive content with real people online. It's gotten so bad that the entire concept has changed and we didn't even notice it. Here's what I'm talking about.
We are sitting here today watching humans go as far from the earth as they ever have been. But those four people are more connected to real people than probably you and me. 'cause they're in a space capsule with three other humans. They have interpersonal connection even though they're on the other side of the moon. I'm here in my office by myself, and if I didn't have this show, I wouldn't be able to even talk to you. The big change was revealed to me when I saw an interview with Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook, the king of social, the guy that really started, or at least brought it to the mainstream, and his quote blew my face off.
The quote is, social media started. As people primarily interacting with their friends, and now at least half of the content is basically people interacting with creators. Look at your timeline and remember how your timeline used to be way back when. It used to be, oh, that baby's cute. Oh, they got a new house. Oh, congrats on the new job. That steak looks delicious. What's your recipe? It's a bunch of different stuff. It was you and your friends and your family. It was called social networking.
You had a network of people, they were your family and friends, and you saw them when you opened the app. That's not what it's called now. It's called social media. And as Zuckerberg has said, you are no longer looking at a feed of your family and friends. You're now looking at a feed of creators. Why There's no money in your aunt. There's no money in your friend from high school. You just do this. Oh, cool, they got a dog. Okay,
whatever. But when you stop on a show, like you probably found this on social media, thank you for coming by. You may stay a lot longer, and how do they make money when you stay a lot longer? Plus, broadcast appointment setting television is long gone. We're now on this all the time. So social network got us on here so we could be connected to our family and friends. And then just silently, now, we're still on here just as much, if not more, but we're not looking at our friends. We're looking at a feed full of creators, talkers, short form video, podcasts, YouTube channels.
We went from our friends in the palm of our hand to cable tv in the palm of our hand. Everything became YouTube. And how has that affected us? This is not a group chat anymore. This is consumption on a nine by 16 screen, and I think it's starting to catch up with us. I think it's gotten to the point where that's why we feel so isolated. We look for connection in our phone and we wish we had the group chat again, and instead we have creators right here. And this is having downstream effects and it's starting to show up in business. And that's why I wanted to bring it up. If you find your people. This morning seeing Stephanie and seeing her sticker club and talking to Doris and seeing Paul is here and Rebecca's here, and Nikki's here and yay.
We're all connecting with other humans. You're a person. I'm a person. We're, we're connecting. I think that's scratching an itch that we didn't know how to scratch. 'cause we kept on looking for the human connection. We were finding the human connection. A live show like this gives us the chance to just sit around and have some fun to talk about the business, to talk about what's good to talk about, what's bad to share, what's on our mind, to announce that we're doing something new, to be with other people in real time.
This is a way that you found your people. That's what the show is. You found your people. We're here every day. 11:00 AM founder people. Let's talk about what's on our mind. Let's talk about what has our curiosity. Let, let's talk about what makes us laugh. Let's talk about what's hard in the business. Let's talk about what's easy in the business. Let's be real people. This show could really easily be a podcast and just be another creator that's out there talking about business, trying to get you to buy stuff. Fine. And the people that do that, God bless 'em, but that's not what I want this show to be. And Ally's here too. Good morning, ally. It's great to see you.
Always fun when Ally's here. That's the point of view of where I'm going with this, and this is why I think we need to really focus on finding our people. In real life and online and in the small business owners community and through our businesses, and this is where the next story ties in, because I saw this story after I read the Zuckerberg story and I'm like, these two stories are connected.
They're absolutely connected. Restaurants are remodeling at record pace and new restaurants don't look like restaurants that were opened four or five years ago. What happened to restaurants from 2020 until, well, recently you used your phone, you scanned a QR code, you could call ahead your food. It was about rapid pace, touchless everything. A very cold, inhumane experience. It was just a service economy.
The trend that's going on right now is that restaurants are going exactly the opposite direction. They're looking for warm interiors. They're inviting people to stay and hang out, interact with the staff, and, and just be there. That the people that go to the restaurant, the communal feeling of having a meal together is now very in and very trendy in restaurants.
And why is that? Because it's been stripped. Everywhere else it's gone. And these two stories back to back, I think give us a reflection of where we are and why it just might feel not as much fun to be on Facebook or, or, or Instagram or whatever it is that you're on anymore. 'cause it's not your people, it's people that you follow who create stuff. Just going around and trying to be, it's just friend count is down,
activities are down, organized events are down. It's just all digital and and automated and restaurants are starting to fight back. They're trying to create character and uniqueness in what they're doing. What can we take from this? Why am I talking about this? I am going to theme. The conference in September, the sixth annual Small Business Owners Community Conference is going to be themed.
Find Your People. That's what the community is all about. Find your people. That's what this show is all about. Find your people. We can't any longer rely on the technology to bring our people to us. They're not interested in it. They're way more interested in giving you something that will keep you on the app from a creator than an actual friend's news update or staying connected with your loved ones.
The phrase, find your people has two parts, your people. Hey. Hi. Gosh, it's great to see you, ally. Hey, ally, I haven't seen you in a minute. Great to see you. Thanks for joining us today, and I mean that when people log into the show. I'm really excited that you're here. The find part is also doing the work. What are you doing to put yourself out there? And so you're bumping into those people and that's where the business opportunity is, or at least the business style point is what are you doing to connect with your customers? What are you doing to connect with your network? When are you putting on real pants and leaving the cave and getting around other people?
I don't do it nearly as much as I should. Maybe you do. Ally, for example, hosts in-person networking all the time in co-working spaces. She's a champion of this. Go hang around Ally if you wanna meet real people. Meeting real people takes effort because for a minute it didn't take effort, and now it does because social networking has become social media.
So my recommendation to you is both for you, the entrepreneur, but also the person that has a business, how are you connecting with your customer? How are you connecting with your network? What business opportunities or revenue opportunities could you create for your business by bringing people together? Maybe you're not selling them anything, but you are the central hub for their connection. You are the person that's introducing one with the other. You are becoming more than an email address. This is an opportunity, and I'm not even gonna tie it into ai, but you know that AI is just gonna accelerate it.
I, I told you, I complained about my fitness trainer that I've been using. I'm clearly being managed by AI now. I'm done. I don't, I don't wanna be managed by ai. I want an actual person. How are you gonna demonstrate to your people that you're real? How are you gonna bring people together in real life? It is absolutely crucial that you do this. It's gonna be the theme of the sixth Annual Small Business Owners Community Conference. And just to do a quick blatant plug. We'd love to have you there. This is gonna be in September this year. And our keynote speaker's gonna be released in just about two weeks, and then we'll start counting down to the ticket on sale on May 13th.
And to get a spot is gonna be tough. 200 people can get into the room for the conference. We have 160 community members, and we have a growing wait list right here, so the community members will get access on the. 11th, the wait list will get access on the 12th, and then if there's anything left, they'll get access on the 13th. But there are 200 tickets, 75 are already spoken for, so we've got, I don't know, we're, we're over 200 people now waiting for about 115 tickets. So get on the wait list
before the public on sale happens so you can have a chance to get your ticket for the sixth Annual Small Business Owners Community Conference where we will find your people. And what, what am I doing with that? I'm remodeling how the sessions work. I'm finding purposeful ways to mash people together, looking for joint ventures and collaborative opportunities. We've got a couple of pretty, pretty fun things we're gonna do at the conference this year, so you can connect with others.
But get on the wait list. We'd love to have you do it at that QR Code map's. Doing great. Look at this. Seeing all these lovely buttons pop up. Paula checked in now. Paula, good morning. Great to see you. Jenny Kirby here. Great. Awesome. Thank you for joining us this morning. Our AI story of the day is a follow up of a story that we did last week. If you were with us last week, I was talking about. How AI is not gonna go well for big
corporations. There was a study out that said over 90% of the corporations that are trying to make AI work, it isn't going that well. And I was kind of theorizing that. That's because corporate employees aren't crazy about having their jobs replaced. So they're gonna slow walk, getting all this stuff installed. Well, the Chinese employees are taking it to a whole new level. This story is, this story is. It is just, it is just corporate taken to a whole. New place and you will appreciate how petty the Chinese employees are being to one another. I'll share that, uh, coming up in just one moment.
But first, let's talk about our sponsor today, uh, gen Head. If you wanna make running your business a whole lot simpler, put Gen Head under the hood, gen head.com. It is a way to connect all of the tools. In your business and operate your CR CRM so seamlessly that running your business gets a whole lot easier. It's built for solopreneurs, scaling teams, and entrepreneurs that really wanna have a lot less headaches in their business because it connects all your tools, your payment systems, your social media posts, your CRM landing pages, email addresses, text messaging, you name it. It's all in one place and you don't need to hire someone to drive it.
You can figure it out and run it all on your own, cancel a bunch of other services. It just makes running the business a whole lot simpler. We run it here at the small business owners community, and if you're looking for a CRM, get a hold of Gen head.com. The team will walk you through a demo and around every corner you'll go. It does that, well, it does that. You start adding up all the stuff you get to cancel when you switch over to Gen Head. It's pretty great. Thank you to Nikki and the team for sponsoring the show. I appreciate it. Gen head.com is the place where you can get
that software. Alright. The AI story of the day just shows that being in corporate is, well, it's ruthless at times. Last week on the show I was talking about the failure rate. Of AI in corporations, over 90% of the generative AI installations aren't going the way that CEOs wanted them to go. And I was talking about Har Har. That's probably because corporate employees don't want to get their job replaced by ai. Har har ha.
And there's some truth to that, I think, but the Chinese employees are taking it to a whole new level. The story over the weekend is that China is way ahead on this. China is having their employees make entire dossiers of what they do. They're having the employees write up their job so they can take that and give it to an AI and replace them. And they're just saying it, this is what
we're doing. Write up your job. Uh, okay. But this is where the story gets great. They fought back in two different ways. The first way that they fought back is that they wrote a piece of software that strips out just enough of your job report. So the AI still can't do it. So you give them, oh, here's all the stuff that I do, but maybe there's a line missing here, or maybe this URL doesn't work quite right, or maybe the password is off by one. Whatever it is, it kind of sabotages. The skill that you give back to your employer. You did the report, but this piece of software just kind of jumbles it up just so much.
So the AI can't do your job looks like you still need me. That's not even the sinister thing that they did. Oh, that's, that's like boy scout stuff compared to the sinister thing that they did. The sinister thing that they did is they started building skills on their colleagues. Boy, I'm gonna get fired. Well, I'm gonna write up Doris's job before I write up mine. Hey boss, look, I got Doris's job right here, and they're doing it.
That's cold. That is cold, and you can't blame them. Question mark. You can't really blame them, can you? If someone is gonna take your job or they're looking for jobs to cut, and you could just conveniently say, Hey, look at Paula's job. She makes more than me anyway. I'm sure she's been here longer. Thank you. Thank you for Paula's job, Paula. Get outta here. This is happening. So it's not just American employees that maybe aren't using AI with the best intent. Chinese employees
are digging into this as well. They're sabotaging their own reports and they're going after their colleagues' reports. Absolutely brutal. Absolutely brutal. All right. I wanna celebrate Stephanie one more time. Did you get on the sticker club yet? This is so exciting. Stephanie, have you had some sales already? Abby, I think, said that she signed up. This is the new sticker club that Stephanie is starting for small business owners where we are gonna have sayings and phrases and fun stuff put together by Stephanie.
Uh, and she's gonna have our water bottles all tricked out. Wt F Claude. For sure. So the link is now in the chat. It's also on the Businessing with Pat Miller live page. Thank you all for checking in this morning. Live dot small business community.com. We get a chance to see, Ooh, see, we can zoom out. Let's see. There's a state of Wisconsin. We got some folks checking in here. Look at all you guys. I love it. So when you watch the show, whether it is
live or it's a replay, live dot small business community.com, you can literally put your name on the map. The other thing that we added here is that we added this button where you can get on the ticket wait list. You can subscribe to the Fridays off newsletter. You can also subscribe to the YouTube channel. You can check out Gen Head 'cause they're amazing. And you can also add some additional business info as well. So you can put in your business name, your LinkedIn, URL, your email and all that kind of stuff. And as the show continues to grow and we continue to get connected with one another, you can now zoom in on the map and see who's here and you can find somebody.
Let's see who's somebody that's got their LinkedIn profile here. Well, Rebecca does. We can click LinkedIn right there, and it goes straight to Rebecca's LinkedIn profile. So there's a way we can get more connected. Going back to what I was talking about before. This isn't really a show. This is a chance for us to be connected in real time. Final thing I wanna share today is that there's really only one, um,
one album to listen to today. I'm glad Michael's here 'cause I think he'll agree with me. I mean, it's the only album that you really need to listen to today. For those of you that know Pink Floyd's, dark Side of the Moon. I mean, we're going around the dark side of the moon. This is the first time since the album's been released that we're going around the moon, and this is the first time that they've seen the dark side of the moon. And you're absolutely right. I listened to it this morning at the gym. It's not really a gym banger, you know, it's kind of a a times, it's like a touchy feely kind of album.
But I love it. It's my favorite album ever when I really need it. Like really intense gym music. It's like. You know, industrial music that gets me going. But this morning I was kind of all up in my feelings and because our, our friends are going around the dark side of the moon, uh, that had to be the album of the day today. So I encourage you to listen to it if you enjoy that kind of thing, because the album's amazing. And we will be cheering on our astronauts
because they're going around the moon today. One o'clock central. I believe is the time Netflix got a lot of publicity 'cause they're gonna live stream this Moon pass. But it's also being streamed on YouTube. That's what we're watching right now. And this is a live feed and the moon is getting bigger. I don't know if you've noticed in the 40 some odd minutes we've been on the air here, the moon has actually gotten bigger. The other thing that's weird. Is that you can't see it now 'cause I'm streaming, but if you pull it up on your computer and the light is right, you can see stuff like passing through, driving at night and the bugs are at you.
That's kind of what it looks like. I'm like, what is that stuff? They're in space, what's going on? I'm all about it. So one o'clock. Don't miss their pass around the dark side of the moon. All right, last thing we'll share and then we're gonna get outta here. The AI installation group is taking flight this week. Oh, look at that. Michael bought it three times, then got the cd, then got the gold plated master CD later on. For sure. I knew you'd like that album. Mic, Michael. I knew you were cool like that. AI installation group is taking flight. Uh, on Thursday, Thursday morning. We are getting our initial group together and the mission is really simple.
We're gonna stay on the front edge of the AI revolution because we're going from AI chatbots to AI that does stuff, and together I'm gonna lead this group through. That installation I'm leading with Claude's Cowork 'cause I think it's the best piece of software that everybody can figure out right now. And we're gonna be scheduling tasks and automating work and moving so much faster than I'm doing without Claude right now. And it's gonna be a group of folks that get together twice a month. Once for a Mastermind where I'm doing some teaching and giving you the answers to the test
and answer any questions that you might have. And then also we're gonna do an AI slam once a month, where during the AI slam, you're gonna bring your challenges and opportunities to the group, and we're gonna work together to make 'em. Come true. I'm really excited about this 'cause this is a pivotal, pivotal moment for entrepreneurs right now. The A players know that we're going places and we need to get on this right now.
In the next six months we're gonna go from chatbot to agents and this group is going to work together. To make it happen. The link is right there. If you scan the QR code, you can sign up today, but you gotta sign up like literally today or tomorrow. 'cause the group is starting Thursday morning is the very first virtual meeting of the AI installation group and I could not be more excited to lead this group onward into the digital revolution.
That's all I got for today. Uh, I just want to take a moment to say thanks for tuning in and I hope this Find Your People Business is landing with you. The Zuckerberg interview tied with what restaurants are doing, tied with how I feel about what's going on and tied with what we've seen with the community. If you talk to people in the SBOC, every single person, what, what do you like best about this community? The people. The people. It's about the people. I want this show to be about the people as well. So when you tune in weekdays at 11:00 AM just know I'm gonna share stuff that I think is worth you knowing.
We'll do some education, we'll do some problem solving, but when this show is at its best, we're having fun in the chat. We're celebrating people launching things. We're seeing who's tuning in from all over the place, and we're remembering we're not alone. So thank you for joining me today. We'll be back tomorrow morning at 11:00 AM Central, right here.
Take care. Talk to you then.
