Originally aired Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Businessing is now a weekly show with a new episode every Monday.
Short answer: A top franchise can make great money, but it takes millions to start, a big staff and a lot of daily hassle. A service business you build yourself often costs far less to start, needs no inventory and can run without employees. It may earn less in total, but with better margins and full control, what you're building may be worth more than you think.
It was April Fools' Day, so I opened with a fake video and then showed how easy AI video tools have made it to create almost anything. I made a clip of Steve Jobs walking onstage at our conference and animated a set of conference photos. For the lead story, I asked whether you'd rather own a Culver's or the business you have now. Culver's shared its per-store numbers, and I compared that franchise's startup costs and hassle with a lean service business you build yourself. The AI story was about why so many company AI rollouts miss their goals. If employees can't see what's in it for them, they drag their feet. I also shared how to change your Gmail username.
Businessing is the weekly show where small business owners figure out what to do next, with a new episode every Monday. Hosted by Pat Miller, founder of the Small Business Owners Community: owners only, nobody pitching, $19 a month.
Key takeaways
- Before you envy a big franchise, compare its startup cost, staff and daily hassle with the margins and freedom you have now.
- Try an AI video tool to turn product photos or event pictures into short videos instead of another slideshow.
- When you bring in AI, explain to employees how it helps them, or expect them to drag their feet.
- If you use AI with clients, make sure it makes their experience better and doesn't just save you time.
- Remember that customers will notice when replies sound like AI, so decide where a human voice still matters.
Questions this episode answers
Is it better to buy a franchise or start my own business?
It depends on what you want. A strong franchise can clear good money, but it takes millions to open, lots of staff and constant hassle. A service business you start yourself costs far less, can run without employees or inventory, and gives you full control with strong margins.
Why aren't my employees using the AI tools I gave them?
Employees are smart, and they've seen new tools used to make them do more or replace them. If they can't see why a change is good for them, they won't do it, or they'll drag their feet. Show them what's in it for them.
Should I use AI to talk to my clients?
Be careful. Clients will wonder whether the AI makes their experience with you better or just makes your life easier. Answers that sound like AI can make a client feel they're getting less of you.
How can a small business use AI video generation?
You can describe what you want and get a short video in minutes. Owners can use it for product demos, showing a product in new settings, or animating still photos from an event. Test it for fun first, then find a real use.

Yeah, it's, it's April Fools. Good morning. I, I had too much fun shooting that this morning. I'm like, okay, it is April Fools. We have to do something fun. And if you don't speak Mandarin like me. Uh, you wouldn't know that. This is Businessing and good morning. I'm Pat Miller, founder of the Small Business Owners Community, and I'm glad that you're here with us today.
What was fun about doing that video is inside the script, I was able to say what I needed to say, and then it translated it, and then it did the mouth sink, which was really wild. So it kind of looked like I, I mean, it didn't look like it, but it kind of looked like it. 'cause it matched up my mouth and stuff. And as we go forward on this, April Fools on this Wednesday, April 1st, boy, we are, we're in for it because, um, we can't believe anything on the internet to begin with. And now that video
is so easy to manipulate. I'm gonna show you this morning just how easy it is to manipulate with a demo. But it is so easy to manipulate. Not only can we never trust anything on the internet today on April Fools, we can double not trust anything on the internet. And Theresa thought she had hit the wrong language button. That's right. That's right. 'cause we can auto translate almost anything right now, which is kind of fun. Uh, good morning Theresa.
It's great to see you. So let's do the thing where we are checking in. Let's take a look at the board here. Michael has checked in this morning. It's great to see you bud. And we've also got Theresa that's here with us, so let's go to. Live dot small business community.com and check in this morning and let us know that you're watching the show. And this is resetting every day. So Michael now has a two day streak going on. Way to go. Michael, I appreciate you. Thanks for tuning into the show and being a part of what we're doing. And what's fun about our Daily Businessing check-in is that you can share what we're
talking about. This is what's fun. I wanna hear what's on your mind. I wanna hear, what are you thinking about? I'm thinking about how much fun I'm having with video generation tools. What are you thinking about? What's, what's going on in your business? This is a place when you sign in, you can share a challenge or an opportunity that's on the business and, and I'll just riff on it here, live on the air.
Which would be a heck of a lot of fun. Or if there's something you want me to look into or talk about or something you wanna bring up to the group, you can also do it there as well. So check in now when you can. I'm gonna put the QR code back up on the screen because I took that off and I meant to have that there. It's live dot small business community.com is where we do the check-in Now. I've been having fun all morning doing video generation, and as I started to look into it today, I realized. We have a lot of opportunity and it is easier than ever to do almost anything
with video. So I thought we'll do a demo this morning of just how simple it is to use video to make literally anything happen. GRS imagine is what I've been playing with this morning. Grs Imagine will generate a video that you just tell it what you want it to do and it will create it. So I have grs imagine up here on the screen and I've preloaded two images just to save a little bit of time. But watch how crazy this is going to become.
Imagine like it's ju it's April 4th or April 1st, rather. And, and that means I can make anything happen. Everyone will believe whatever I say because hard hards April 1st. April Fools. So imagine today I was announcing Steve Jobs, was going to be the keynote speaker at S BOC 26. So I went to grs, imagine, which is grok.com/imagine, and I've got a Twitter account that I pay for, so I have access to it and get all these neat tools, but I just wanna show this as a de, as a demo.
Down here at the bottom, I've typed in the prompt. Take these two reference images and make it look like I'm introducing Steve Jobs on stage at my conference. I don't need us to speak. Maybe just some applause or something would be nice. So there's a picture of Steve and there's a picture of me and we'll let this cook for a minute. Now it's generating and it generates rather quickly. And when it's done, we'll go back and I'll show you what this demo looks like. But the video generation is so incredible. It's good enough to be believed if someone's just doing the scroll. Now, is that the only reason why we'd wanna do video generation like this?
No. There's some other really legitimate reasons. You can have product demos that look really, really great. So here's your product demo, and you wanna have it look like people are using it, or you want to have the demo, like take the product and make it do a 360 or something like that, or have it be a top-down view to the product or have the product on the top of a mountain or have user generated content.
You get to figure out whatever it is that you would like to do with your product. You can do that. Another thing that I did with grs Imagine this morning, is I took a bunch of photos from last year's conference and loaded them all, and I said, animate them into a little video so the people in the still photos are moving. And I'll do that just for fun after we see the Steve Jobs video on stage, so you can see what's out there. What's coming is hard to be believed. Because it looks so good. And when I saw the demo
of me introducing jobs on stage, I thought, wow, this is, this is pretty incredible. Now is it the greatest thing ever? No. But is it pretty cool? Absolutely. Alright, so it's done already. Are you ready to see it? This is crazy. Let's go over here. Okay, there I am. Making me look a little tall. Wouldn't you say? I'm looking a little tall there, but watch this. This is so fun. Alright, I'd like to introduce that Steve Jobs is the keynote speaker at SBOC 2026.
Let's bring him out. Okay. That's crazy. It took a reference image and it did it. Watch him walk out. That's not bad. That is not bad. I at least am seven foot two there. Look at my legs. Look at my legs. I'm at least seven foot two in there, but Steve looks great. Okay. That's what's possible and it did it while we were sitting here. Unbelievable. Just for fun, I will do the demo that I was sharing, um, earlier this morning, and this was really great as well.
What I'm gonna do is we're gonna take all of these photos of our lovely people that came to the conference last year. Here's just, I can upload seven photos. And let's make them do something. Let's make them, let's make it one continuous video. Uh, make this one continuous video with the seven pictures that I've selected, as if they're having a great time and we're just cutting from one video to the next.
So, animate the pictures and make it look great. No conversation is necessary. Maybe some backwards background noise and some music just for fun. Okay, let's see what it does. So now I got the prompt in there. I selected the seven photos and now it's gonna run. What's cool about it is I don't even need to give it reference photos. I can just say, Hey, give me a talking squirrel that's going to pitch the SBOC and tell people that it's great. Have it say these things and it will. That's great. And yeah, Theresa, seriously, my legs, that's, that's not a thing. The world still needs you, Theresa, to make good looking graphics and legs. And Nikki is so funny.
That's what I thought we were gonna do too. Steve Jobs comes out on stage. It looks like I was gonna hold his hand and I, I didn't hold his hand. And yes, my, my feet and legs look like jack skeleton. The more weight that I lose, the more I look like him. By the way, I hate to admit. Great. Okay, so this is cooking over here and let's see if anyone has anything worth talking about.
No, nobody's got worth anything worth talking about, but we've got folks checking in on the businessing daily check-in map live dot small business community.com. Uh, that's where we need to check in and let each other know that we are watching today's show. One thing while we wait for GR to do its thing we can all unite tonight as Americans. And I'm going to be glued to the tv. Because Artemis is taking off. Have you been following along on the show as we've been talking about the space flight? Space flight going around the moon today, 5 24 central time. Translate that to your time zone. We're sending people around the moon today. It's so unifying and so exciting and so positive.
I'm just all ed up and I'm also Canadian up because one of the folks on the plane airplane on the, on the spacecraft is from Canada, so yay, Canada as well. So we we're shooting some astronauts out into space later on this afternoon, so we can get all excited about that. That's a lot of fun. Then we also could look into whatever the heck is gonna happen tonight.
'cause President Trump is on TV tonight at nine o'clock Eastern, eight o'clock central, and they must have told the networks, Hey, this one's kind of important because everybody is clearing the decks. There have been Trump addresses in the past where some networks are like, yeah, Trump, whatever, but everyone's gonna carry it tonight. Another national television appointment. The rumor is he's gonna talk about Iran and maybe a path to peace, or at least ending the war. We don't know. And between now and eight o'clock is a long time, and Trump could do some Trump stuff, like nobody knows what's gonna happen, hashtag Trump stuff. So tonight at eight
o'clock is gonna be, again, must see tv for those of you that, uh, wanna see what's going on in the country. This is fun. Now, I uploaded reference images. This we're back with Grok. Imagine if you're just joining us. We're doing a demo this morning of just how fun it is to play with this video rendering and how easy it is. You just tell Grok what you want, and I, there are other tools to do this. I'm not promoting gr.
I'm using grok as the example. 'cause it's dead simple. I just uploaded seven pictures from the conference and that's the picture. Abby Miller took it. Look at, we know our friends there, there's Eugene, there's Russell and Sarah. They're all just kind of hanging out. Look at how lovely they look. And I uploaded all seven and I said, make this a video and make it look like they're alive.
Like animate these pictures. Check this out. Hey, thumbs up. Oh, hey. Hi guys. How are you? Yes. That's all from reference images. Reference images. Isn't that more fun than a slideshow? That's so much more fun than a slideshow. I'm gonna post this on LinkedIn 'cause I think this is crazy fun. This is the kind of thing that gets me so excited. Is that wrong? To be that excited.
That's just cool. That is just so cool. Unbelievable. Good morning, Doris. Great to see you. But that gives us so much potential. And how much more fun and exciting was it to look at that in motion rather than still image still image. Still image. Absolutely. Easy and easy to do. If you wanna start playing with this, the demo that I've been showing is grs imagine
gr.com/imagine, and I'll put it in the chat so you can see it. Oops. grok.com/imagine. We are limited at this point by our own imagination. If we can dream it, we can now make it. And video production is now within reach for everyone. I encourage you to check this out and the other tools that are coming online. This is the greatest time to remind you. This is the worst it will ever be.
This is where it's starting. And Nikki, you've got a great idea here. Imagine doing this with family photos. Imagine seeing photos of your grandmother moving again, think. Think about that. Think about an old Thanksgiving or Christmas that you were at, or one of your favorite childhood memories and seeing, just suspending disbelief just long enough to take you back to that moment, how powerful that would be. Even if it, you know, it's not real. That's okay. It can still affect you.
Even if it's not real. That's a great idea. That's something that would be a heck of a lot of fun. You got me with that one, Mickey, you? You got me with that one. We're sponsored this morning by our friends at Gen Head and Gen head.com. They power the CRM that runs this business and they're helping us produce the show. So thanks to Jen headed the team. We'll tell you all about them in just a little bit.
Lead story today is the realization that I'd rather do what I'm doing than run a Culver's. If I could give you the option right now, would you rather run a Culver's? It's your franchise. You have a Culver's or what you have right now? I think I'd rather have what I have right now, at least it's close. The annual reports came out for Culver's and it shares that each location on average.
Now think of a Culver's. Have you ever not seen a line at a Culver's? No. Line down the street. And if you don't have a Culver's near you, just think the most kick ass fast food place you've ever been in your life. Times two, with custard like the best ice cream there is. It's unbelievable. If I gave you the Culvers. And you picture the Culver's and the Culver's is always full. How much money do they make in a year? They released that yesterday, $4.14 million, so about four and some every single year per location. Then they broke that down to say that's about
$500,000 EBITDA before interest tax depreciation, amortization. But after that, once you take all that stuff out. The franchisee may be clearing, and this is all rumored data. I don't have hard data. I'm just backing it out. Out of what we've learned, the person that owns the Culver's may profit 250 to $350,000 a year. That is really good money, and you'd have unlimited custard.
So I would have $300,000 a year and I would need it because I would need to buy way bigger pants. The pants budget for that would just go, I would have a line item in my budget pants budget because I would be eating that. What's the flavor of the day? I need to test it. Bring it to me. I would dominate. I would eat all of my own product if I had my own Culvers.
But you're clearing $300,000 a year. You've got a pants budget 'cause you're gaining weight. But that's okay 'cause it's your own Culver's. And the downside of this is you need millions of dollars to get a Culver's. You can't just like draw up a sign and put it in your front yard and say, I'm a Culver's. You need to buy the franchise. You need to build the restaurant. You need to buy all the gear and put in $3 million. And then how many people work for you? How many people do you need to teach how to use the fryer and to, to make that cu custard and to to manage the security and the insurance and the, just all of the things that you have to do to make a dynamic business like that run.
And it's a great business. Do not get me wrong, but it's a lot of hassle and an overhead. Now let's compare that to building our own thing from scratch. Again, really, really hard. Not gonna make $4 million. Statistics show 99 or some outrageous percentage of independently started businesses. Don't make it to a million dollars in revenue. We'll, never, never, rarely make $4 million a year in revenue, but we're starting our own thing. Especially if you're coaching or consulting or advising or using your brain as a B2B service, your profit margins are crazy and your startup costs are very, very low in comparison to $3 million. Maybe your startup cost is $30,000, $50,000 maybe.
And if you're good at what you do and you start growing the business, you can spin that up. $150,000 or $250,000 in gross revenue, or four or $500,000 in gross revenue. I'm looking at Doris and some of the others in the chat. They've done that. They've built businesses into the six figures, and now they're starting to kick off this ridiculous profit.
There's a way to do it without employees. There's a way to do it with no inventory, especially if you're just advising people. You may take home a hundred or 150. Now that's less than 300, but I don't have to worry that the junior in high school called in sick. I don't have to worry that. What do you mean we're out of butter? Scotch? What do you mean my pants don't fit again? What do you mean the person didn't come snowplow the, the, the parking lot after the snow, whatever it is. Think of the hassle that it would take to own a Culver's compared to what you're building on your own. I'm going through all of this because if I said to you, Hey, what would you rather have, what you're doing?
Or a Culver's, we would all think, oh yeah, Culver's, that's great. That'd be great. But man, that's a lot of hassle. That's a lot of organization, and it's tying up a bunch of capital too, because if you had $3 million you could invest in a business. You could just put that in a money market and make hundreds of thousands of dollars. No work. So it's a great business and I love me some Culver's. We had Craig Culver come and speak at one of the SBOC conferences. Lots of respect for who they are and what they do. I just wanted to reframe that maybe what you are building has more value than you think, and maybe we're on the right track.
By building our own small business dream that we have complete control of, that we can shape to match our needs, that has a really great profit margin and gives us the ability to grow something to consider. Yes, Nikki. One of the reasons to come to the SBOC conference from California is because we have a Culver's. We will take you there. And Doris, I think you were laughing at my unlimited pants budget. It's not fair. Don't laugh at my unlimited pants budget. I need that unlimited pants Budget.
Because if I don't have unlimited pants budget, then you know, I wouldn't be able to own a Culver's. That is for sure. Thanks to those of you that have taken the time to check in this morning, Theresa, ah, Jenny Kirby's with us. Great to see you, Jenny Kirby. Uh, we got some dots filling in on the map, and if you go to live dot small business community.com, we can have some fun together and make sure you put in, what are you talking about, what are you thinking about? That way we can play along. Speaking of playing along, we get to keep this show on the air thanks to our sponsor.
We love sponsors. Gen Head makes this possible. Gen Head helps you scale your systems, not chaos. It's perfect for solopreneurs and those of us that are starting to build our business onto the size of a Culver's. That we don't wanna have all of our business technology all tied up in 82 other places. We want it all to be in one place so we can get after it and use it without having to hire someone to drive our business.
We don't wanna have our CRM here and our social media there, and our email funnels over here and our website management over there. It's all in one system that's easy to drive, so that way you move your business forward and you're scaling your business. You're not scaling the chaos with keeping everything organized. If you wanna do a demo, Nikki and the team will do one with you straight away. Gen head.com is the website, it's gen head.com. They power this business. They can power your business. They can make your life a heck of a lot easier. Thank you to Nikki and the team for sponsoring the show. I really appreciate it.
Alright, let's move on. AI story of the day. I don't think that AI in corporate is gonna go the way that they think it's going to go. Enterprise managers are looking at AI and they're thinking, Ooh, boy, here comes ai, and we can have AI replace that person and that person, and that person and that person. And on paper that makes a lot of sense. One, provided the AI works and two, the people who are there work with the ai. And the reason why I don't think this is gonna go the way that they think it goes, there's a, a show out, uh, a study rather out from MIT and the MIT study says 95% of the businesses that have installed generative ai.
Are not hitting their goals. Almost all of them, they thought it was gonna be one thing and it turned out to be something else. Why would that be? Is it the technology's fault? No, I don't think it is. I don't think it is. You know whose fault it is? The employees. Yeah, not supposed to ba blame the employees, but they don't work for me. So too bad it's the employee's fault. Why? Employees are smart. They may act not so smart sometimes, but employees are smart. And if the boss comes down and says, Hey everybody, here's a bunch of generative AI tools to make your job. Not necessarily, I mean, easier employees. See right through that they know.
They know, how do they know they are a corporate employee, which means they've been working for somebody else and they've seen innovation and improvement every year for 11 billion years. And what does that always, almost always result in? You do more faster or. I've got someone else that can do it and we don't need you. We've seen it a time and time and time again. So with smart employees who have been given these
amazing AI tools, I think they're wise. I think they know, Hey, wait a minute. If I build out all of my SOPs and I load these SOPs into a machine, why do they need me? I think they know what we can learn from. This is just a reminder. There's nothing more powerful than someone's self-interest. If you want them to do something, if you want them to change somehow, if you want them to move to a different area, if you, whatever it is, you have to let them understand why it's good for them.
'cause if they can't see why it's good for them. They're not gonna do it, or they're gonna drag their feet, or they're gonna make it less efficient than it could or should be. And you need to be aware of this. If you've got clients and you're thrusting AI upon them, they will wanna know, Hey, wait a minute. This is happening to me right now. In fact, they will wanna know, Hey, wait a minute. Why am I using your ai? What does that mean? Does this AI make my experience with you better? Or does it make your life easier? It's happening in my own life right now. I've been training with an online trainer for the past 15 months, 16 months.
My coach, who is my online coach, is no longer my online coach now. It's someone else who I don't know, and they sure sound like ai. The answers I'm getting back from it really sound like Claude. Which is good enough to be believed, but you kind of go, hmm, and your clients are gonna do the same thing. So this is the entire evaluation, this entire loop of, wait a minute, why are you using AI for employees?
They will wonder, are you replacing me for your clients? They will wonder. How is my engagement better because you're using ai or is it making your life easier and you need to spend less time on me? They will be sensitive to that. Be aware of that, and I'm gonna keep, uh, really, really clear eyes on this enterprise story because 95% of generative AI installs not hitting their goals.
That's not great. Shares these companies are for, are focused on integrating AI and what I believe are the wrong areas and departments and they aren't taking the time to train employees on the AI they want them to use. Sure, yeah. Could be a, a training and a focus kind of issue For sure. It's definitely something to keep an eye on and definitely something to ask yourself when you inject AI into your engagement with your fellow clients or the people that are working for you.
One more invitation. Check in live will ya live dot small business community.com. That way we can get your pin on the map and we can include you in the discussion this morning. We've got a poll that's up and running. You can start building your daily streak and soon we're gonna have these little red dots all over the place. Uh, we've had 16 different people check in, 11 uniques all time. So make sure that you check in. And we just launched this yesterday and I'm really excited about it. It gives us the opportunity to have. A better discussion with you and frankly, have more fun. So live dot small business community.com. Check in and uh, we'd love to celebrate you.
One other technology story today, something I've been hoping for for a long time has finally happened. When I was on the radio, I had a radio name because I'm old enough. You needed a radio name when you started back in the nineties. That's how old I'm back in the nineties. When you started in radio, you couldn't call yourself, hi, I am Pat Miller. Why? Well, there used to be a thing called the phone book Kids, and a fun thing to do back when we didn't have the internet was to look up people in the phone book and call them. If you were on the radio and your name was in the phone book. People would call you. And in my day I had some crazy stalker people.
It happened. I had to take a radio name. I won't go into how I got it, but the radio name IU used was J Pat. I went on the air as J Pat. I said that over and over again. J Pat. J Pat. J Pat. That's what I went on the air as. And I did it for decades. And when I left the radio industry. I finally could just get rid of the J. I didn't wanna use it ever. Anyway, it's just Pat Miller. Hi, how are you? I'm setting that part up to share the technology
story of the day because j patMiller@gmail.com has been my Gmail address for 20. How long has Gmail been around? That's how long I've had this Gmail address. And I've got accounts that are inside this Gmail address I've had forever. I don't wanna get rid of the Gmail address, but I don't want it to be j patMiller@gmail.com. Google, why won't you let us change the username on our Gmail Haha technology story of the day. You can now do that. This is new and it's super exciting. You get to go to my account.google.com and then click on personal info.
And once you do that, you go and click on your email. Click on the JP patMiller@gmail.com. Oh yeah, I gotta do the past key business. Okay. Oh, come on. My fingerprint never works. Fine. There it is. And once you're there, it will verify you. Boom. Change your Google account email. Anything but JP pat@google.com, that's what it's gonna be. And that's slick. If you've been dealing with this national nightmare of Gmail account that you have had forever, but you need to get a new username, g, Google will now let you do it. So I, I'm looking at you, Nickelback forty1@gmail.com. It's finally time. Just let Nickelback go. Just just let him go, kid.
Rock fourteen@gmail.com. You might as well come on kid and play 61. Come on, let's go. It's time to update your Gmail and thank goodness that that's there. We're gonna do a tweet of the day in a second, and then we're gonna get outta here today. But first I wanna share with you the AI installation group because the AI installation group is getting ready to start.
We added another member this morning, Jen Stanford, one of the A players in my network is joining the AI installation group. The biggest thing that's standing in the way of people adopting AI is knowing where to start. If you know that all this stuff matters, but you don't know how to get after it. You need to be around a group of people that are gonna stay on the front edge of this technological wave.
That's what I'm building. The AI Installation Group Part Mastermind, part AI idea, slam part Weekly newsletter with what to pay attention to and whatnot, and email and text support whenever you need it. Don't try and figure out this AI transformation by yourself. Do what works. Get around other people that are going through the transformation as well, so we can share notes
and we can move faster. The AI installation group is kicking off one week from tomorrow. One week from tomorrow will be our first meeting where we will get in and set up Claude Cowork and we will get things rolling. It's not too late to sign up if you're ready to make that transformation. Join the AI installation group now. The link is now inside the chat and I took it off the screen. There it is. Just one more second. There you go. Got the QR code. Okay, great. Nicki, what are you doing? Don't hate on Nickelback. Listen, I'll tell you about Nickelback. You wanna know something about Nickelback? I was on the air. On a radio station that would play anything Nickelback put out.
I have heard more Nickelback than anything. I can't think of anything I've heard more in my life than Nickelback. I can, I can understand. Nickelback is a Nickelback song in no notes. Like I don't even need two notes, no notes. They're gonna play Nickelback, all that photograph. I, I, I can be sitting in a restaurant. I can hear the drumbeat and know that it's nickelback and that I want to hang myself. I need no notes to know that they're gonna play it. And I want to hang myself. I'm kidding. I don't wanna hang myself. It's the, the thing about Nickelback is they're a good punchline, but they actually wrote some bangers.
I, I, I do have to admit they did write some bangers. I'm thoroughly sick of them. So yes, I, I have earned the right to hate on nickelback and hate on them. I will. Last thing to share before we get outta here. This tweet of the day made me laugh. I saw it and just thought, that's so stupid, but it's just stupid, and it made me laugh. So here's our tweet of the day. My dream of being a poet. Vanish like a thing in a whatever.
Is that dumb? That's so dumb. I know that's so dumb. But you know what? Maybe that's where my mentality is right now. Just too much nickelback has warped my brain and now I'm left to laugh at those kinds of tweets that make me feel, uh. Make me feel like something's funny. And good morning, Barbara. Gosh, it's great to see you. Thanks for tuning in. Thanks for tuning in everybody. I appreciate it. Another day of Businessing together, uh, we're taking the show towards. Um, an interactive, fun conversation of what's going on in business. I wanna make sure that I am here for you every day at 11:00 AM Central and when you tune in, you never know what's gonna happen.
'cause the conversation is just gonna happen instantaneously. There was some stuff I wanted to talk about today. I wanted it to really draw a contrast that it might sound great to go have a big old Culver's, but you've got just as much opportunity right beneath your feet. The opportunity is right there for all of us to build the business of our dreams.
And I've been playing with this AI technology. I'm like, Hey, why don't I just show it like that Grok imagine stuff that is really cool and I'm pretty jacked that Steve Jobs is gonna be my keynote speaker at the conference. And I've got Jack skeleton legs, which is also great. All right. Now look at you, Barbara. You're logging in because you just wanted to say, I love Nickelback. There's no reason really to hate them. I just hate them 'cause I've heard them so much. But Barbara, thanks for tuning in. If you're watching the show on replay, don't forget live dot small
business community.com. It tracks everyone that listens. Like you can log in after the fact and it will track everybody that tunes in within 24 hours. So that way we can stay connected and have a great time. I'm Pat Miller, founder of the Small Business Owners Community and the Fridays Off Guy. We're building something fun here. I'm really excited that you are a part of it.
It's the Daily Meetup for small business owners. I call it businessing.com. Have a great day. We'll talk to you right here tomorrow. Oh, I forgot. Ah. Last thing tomorrow, we're gonna do small business wins. Again. If you wanna come on the show and you wanna share a small business win, let me know. Uh, email me or get in touch with me on our social media accounts and we will give you an invitation to come on the air to celebrate your wins on the air.
We'll do that again tomorrow. Alright, fine. Go make some money, go sell something. We'll talk to you right here, 11:00 AM tomorrow. Take care.
