Your AI should know what we know.

Ask your AI a business question and get our answer. It’s free for everybody.

I’ve pulled together my posts from the Small Business Help blog and past episodes of Businessing with Pat Miller, my daily show, into a library your AI can search. Ask it how to raise your prices, what to do about a client who won’t pay, or what to say at a networking event. It answers from what we’ve already figured out together, tells you where the answer came from, and links you to the full post or the exact minute of the episode.

There’s no subscription and no fee. There’s nothing to log in to. It doesn’t sell you anything. New posts and shows get added every night.

The address

This is the one thing you need. Copy it and paste it into your AI tool.

https://small-business-library.pat-46d.workers.dev/mcp

How to add it to Claude

Do this on your computer. It takes about two minutes.

  1. Open Claude and click Customize, then Connectors.
  2. Click the plus sign, then “Add custom connector.”
  3. Name it The Small Business Library.
  4. Paste the address above into the URL box.
  5. Click Add. There’s nothing to log in to.
  6. Start a new chat and ask it something. Try “How do I raise my prices without losing clients?”

If Claude answers without using the library, click the plus sign in the message box, choose Connectors, and make sure The Small Business Library is turned on.

Using a different AI tool?

If your AI tool lets you add a custom connector (some call it an MCP server), paste the same address there. The library works the same way in any tool that supports it.

Questions to try

What you get back

A short answer, the name and date of the post or show it came from, and a link. The link takes you to the full post on this site or to the right minute of the episode on YouTube, so you can go as deep as you want.

If the library doesn’t cover your question, it says so. It won’t make something up and put my name on it.

The fine print, in plain English

This is general business information and education. It isn’t legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. When your question turns on the law, your taxes, or a contract, talk to a professional who knows your situation. The library keeps a record of the questions it’s asked so I know what to write and talk about next. It doesn’t record who you are.

Tell me what’s missing

I’m going to keep building this. If you ask it something and it comes up empty, tell me through the contact page. What should it answer that it doesn’t yet?
