Having to fire an employee can be awful and zero fun! And if you’re a first-time boss or new to owning a business, you’re going to have to fire someone eventually.
Is it possible that instead of firing someone, you could work on improving their performance so you don’t have to? Naturally if it’s a character issue (lying, stealing, etc) just rip that band-aid OFF!
