You may have been a small business owner when the pandemic started way back in March 2020, and subsequently were a beneficiary of the EIDL Program and/or a PPP (Paycheck Protection Program) loan. I was, and my wife was!

So why am I talking about this now, three years after the pandemic started? Well, I came across a news story that made me so angry that I felt it needed some attention and was worth changing my original plans for this episode. It involves the “F” word! No, not that “F” word, but FRAUD!

For many it was never a question of “if” fraud would happen with these programs, but “when”. And for those of us, which were probably in the majority, who aren’t at fault we should all be upset by the findings mentioned in the article. It’s putting us all in a bad light and it’s heartbreaking.
